Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing of JC installed systems.
- Attend to customers’ requests and complaints regarding system operations, working conditions, and repairs as required.
- Lead the maintenance team for the assigned site.
Duties:
- Carry out planned systems checks to ensure proper system operations.
- Check all auxiliary devices to ensure proper operations.
- Perform scheduled system sensors calibration.
- Rectify all problems detected during preventive maintenance and provide reports of findings.
- Generate timely service & ACMV reports for customers.
- Attend to “non-contract” request calls and breakdown calls as required.
- Supervise sub-contractors as needed.
- Assist immediate supervisor in identifying Variation Orders through identified repairs and system enhancement options.

Requirement Profile (Qualifications/Knowledge and Skills Required):
- At least 5 years of HVAC experience, preferably in Industrial Refrigeration.
- Good command of English and communication skills.
- Good supervisory skills.
- Proficient in computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Windows & Office).
- Local traveling is required.
- Possess an established network of customers and suppliers’ contacts.
