The Service Engineer – Controls, Fire & Security Systems is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of essential fire safety and security systems. This includes a range of technologies such as fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and suppression systems. The primary objective of this role is to ensure all installed systems are fully operational and consistently comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards. This is a critical role within our operations in Kolkata, contributing to the safety and security of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission various fire safety and security systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing to guarantee optimal system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults across fire alarms, CCTV, and broader security systems.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections, ensuring strict compliance with all fire and security regulations.
• Provide expert technical support and actionable recommendations to clients for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Maintain meticulous service records and produce detailed, accurate reports.
• Respond promptly to emergency system failures and implement rapid, effective resolutions.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Fire Safety, or a closely related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in servicing fire and security systems.
• Strong technical proficiency with fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and robust communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in fire safety or security systems are highly preferred.
