Join Kobie’s India Tech Hub as a Senior SDET in the Production Engineering/Operations team! This pivotal role ensures the stability, reliability, and quality of systems in production and pre-production environments. As a Senior SDET, you will lead an automation-first approach to validate APIs, UI, and backend systems, focusing on production readiness. Your responsibilities include designing and maintaining robust test frameworks for regression, integration, and release validation, as well as leading performance and load testing initiatives to handle real-world traffic and scalability demands. You will collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Production Support teams to proactively identify quality gaps, analyze QA metrics, and integrate AI-driven testing tools for enhanced defect detection and efficiency. Additionally, you will perform manual and exploratory testing for edge cases, ensure seamless user experiences, and contribute to building an operations-driven quality ecosystem. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, you will drive end-to-end quality strategies, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
