About This Role

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the SailPoint Developer will be responsible for providing technical expertise across SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) modules, including Provisioning, Access Certification, Role Management, and Policy Enforcement within the enterprise environment.

• In-depth technical development of SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, forms, and custom integrations by following established standards, procedures, and methodologies.
• Building and maintaining the overall SailPoint IAM infrastructure (installing, upgrading, patching, deploying, configuring).
• Developing BeanShell/Java rules and building REST API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

You will handle tasks such as testing, documenting solutions within a complex SailPoint enterprise environment. You must demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding assigned tasks when presented with options by other team members, troubleshoot potential problems, and create comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Direct experience in Authentication/Governance products: SailPoint ISC (at least 4+ years).
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
• Coding experience (e.g., PERL, XML, JavaScript, etc.).
