Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both IT and non-IT positions. If you excel in IT recruitment, possess strong talent sourcing skills, and can effectively manage stakeholders and bulk hiring, this is the role for you. We value excellent communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver top-tier candidates quickly. This position requires the ability to onboard within 15 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Specialize in IT recruitment for a wide range of technologies and experience levels.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Efficiently manage bulk hiring initiatives and volume recruitment drives.
- Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful placement of quality candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and track key recruitment metrics.
- Manage contract staffing and contract-to-hire roles.
- Handle leadership and critical hiring needs as required.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR preferred).
- Proven experience in IT recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience: 2 to 5 Years (preferred in IT Recruitment / Staffing Industry).
