Senior Project Manager - AI & EdTech
DocTutorials Edutech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead a talented team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role is crucial for developing innovative AI-powered educational solutions for medical students.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of Full Stack Engineers, AI Engineers, UI/UX Designers, QA Analysts, and WordPress Developers.
- Architect and deliver high-quality features for the DocTutorials platform.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions that integrate self-hosted LLM, RAG pipelines, and AI tools for intelligent tutoring, content generation, and adaptive learning.
- Define the technical roadmap, establish best practices, coding standards, and architecture for Django backend, React/Next.js frontend, and self-hosted AI components.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including integration, testing, and deployment of AI features.
- Ensure high performance, data privacy, and educational value for medical students.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Business, and AI teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables and manage the backlog.
- Manage project timelines, identify and mitigate risks, allocate resources, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Significant experience in the EdTech domain.
- Hands-on experience in designing and scaling self-hosted LLM & RAG systems for educational purposes.
- Proven leadership in building AI-powered learning platforms.
- Deep expertise in a self-hosted AI stack, including vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vLLM/Ollama, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with fine-tuning open-weight LLMs on medical/educational content.
- Familiarity with multimodal AI and agentic workflows.
- Strong knowledge of medical education frameworks such as MBBS, NEET-PG, and CBME curriculum.
- Proficiency with AWS Cloud Services and infrastructure management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and team mentoring.
Salary: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
