Sr. Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead initiatives in Dimondale, MI on a hybrid basis (2 days onsite Tuesday/Wednesday).

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage State of Michigan's Clarity tool for scheduling and budget management.
• Create comprehensive project artifacts: Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communication Plan, Status Reports, Risk/Issue Logs, Change Requests, and Closure Summaries.
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster collaboration between technical teams (SaaS architecture) and business units.
• Manage multi-vendor contracts and enforce SUITE PMM & SEM methodologies.
• Create Corrective Action Plans for at-risk projects and manage Change Requests with proper approvals.

Requirements

- 7+ years in formal IT project management.
- Strong stakeholder management across departments.
- Proficiency with Clarity, MS Project, ADA compliance, and File Transfer Services.
- PMP certification highly desired. Scrum Master Certification preferred.
