Sr. Network Analyst

About the Role

Join our IP Network Assurance Team as a Senior Analyst to ensure network reliability through advanced troubleshooting and maintenance. You will be instrumental in maintaining high-performance networks for enterprise clients while fostering collaboration with vendors, on-site technicians, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Perform detailed technical analysis (remote testing, fault isolation) using logs, alarms, and operational metrics to resolve IP network element issues swiftly.
• Maintenance & Upgrades: Execute break-fix activities for hardware/software failures and conduct preventive maintenance on core/distribution/access layers including NAT, GPON/DSLAMs, routing (OSPF/BGP), etc.
• Collaboration: Work closely with vendors to resolve issues efficiently. Coordinate directly with technicians providing hands-on support and engage stakeholders for clear communication of progress and resolutions.
• Digital Transformation: Maintain accurate documentation in corporate systems, submit real-time logs, manage ticketing workflows, and ensure compliance with work plans.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Industry certifications (e.g., Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP) are highly valued.

• Tech Stack: Expertise in IP protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), CLI/GUI tools (Juniper/Nokia), automated provisioning, telemetry, and circuit documentation.
• Problem Solving: Self-motivated with strong independent troubleshooting skills to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions under time constraints.
• Languages: Fluent in English; French is an asset.

Requirements

You must be willing to work a shift-based environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Normal color vision is required for interpreting diagrams. Security clearance eligibility will also apply.
