Sr. Microsoft Purview Engineer

We are seeking a **Sr. Microsoft Purview Engineer** to lead L2 support for Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance solutions. This role involves managing escalations, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft Purview controls, supporting compliance investigations, and mentoring L1 analysts. Key responsibilities include configuring and tuning DLP policies, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and compliance tools while assisting with DPDP Act control mapping. Collaboration with security, legal, and IT teams will strengthen data governance. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Purview, DLP, and compliance operations, with expertise in Microsoft Purview DLP, MIP, Audit & eDiscovery, and retention policies. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
