Sr. Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager to lead our team in Ahmedabad. This role is pivotal in driving departmental strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. Operational duties involve overseeing day-to-day departmental functions, monitoring KPIs, resolving inefficiencies, and ensuring productivity and quality. Collaboration with cross-functional departments, maintaining open communication, and building stakeholder relationships are crucial. This role also involves managing departmental budgets, optimizing resource allocation, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for preparing performance reports and utilizing data analytics to support decision-making.
