Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

Level AI is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Speech to join our dynamic team in Noida. You will tackle complex problems within speech-to-text pipelines, including transcription, diarization, and voice activity detection. Responsibilities include training, deploying, and maintaining scalable automatic speech recognition (ASR) pipelines to power Level AI’s ASR engine.

You will stay current with state-of-the-art techniques in ASR, share knowledge with colleagues, and collaborate on system architecture and design. This role involves independently conducting experiments with model architectures, training schemes, and ASR literature approaches, all within an agile environment focused on delivering high-quality products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a tier-1 engineering institute.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience deploying Deep Learning-based models for speech recognition pipelines.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art research in speech recognition and signal processing.
• Experience in algorithm and model development for large-scale applications.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
