Sr Machine Learning Engineer

PayPal is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for complex problem-solving. This role involves close collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to enhance services through innovative AI/ML solutions. Key responsibilities include building scalable ML pipelines, ensuring data quality, and deploying models into production environments to generate business insights and improve customer experiences. The essential duties involve optimizing machine learning models for diverse applications, preprocessing and analyzing large datasets, deploying ML solutions using appropriate tools and frameworks, and integrating ML models into products and services. Performance monitoring and evaluation of deployed models are also crucial. Minimum qualifications include at least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, proficiency in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data processing and model deployment. Several years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models are required. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
