Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Lead Developer with robust expertise in modern web technologies, AI integrations, and scalable cloud-based architectures. You will play a crucial role in building, integrating, and scaling TruBot AI’s product suite, working directly with the founding team to shape the future of an emerging AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js/NestJS, and MongoDB.
• API Development & Integration: Develop clean and efficient REST APIs and integrate third-party services, including AI models and social media APIs.
• AI & Cloud Integration: Implement Azure OpenAI and other AI models into applications to enhance automation and intelligence.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Configure and manage Azure App Services with GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
• Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and leadership teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
• Performance & SEO Optimization: Ensure high performance, security, and SSR/SEO optimization for Next.js applications.

Must Have:

• Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with Next.js and React.js for front-end development.
• Experience with Node.js or NestJS for backend services.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services and GitHub Actions (CI/CD).
• Strong understanding of REST API development and integration.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their integration into applications.

Good to Have:

• Experience integrating social media APIs (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter).
• Knowledge of Stripe (subscriptions, payments, and billing automation).
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and prompt optimization techniques.
• Understanding of SSR and SEO management in Next.js.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
