Full Job Description
Netskope is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to join its Corporate IT Infrastructure team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is pivotal in managing and advancing the enterprise-wide infrastructure, sitting at the critical intersection of network, cloud, and identity management.
The Corporate IT Infrastructure team is responsible for the reliability, scalability, automation, and security of systems including Meraki, Juniper, Netskope NPA/BWAN, Cloudflare DNS, Infoblox DDI, Azure, AWS, and on-prem Microsoft AD.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage global office networks, cloud environments, and identity stacks for high availability and performance.
- Identify and automate IT processes to enhance team velocity.
- Serve as the internal customer for Netskope's security and networking products, providing feedback and operationalizing technology.
- Develop automation workflows and scripting, integrating AI for root cause analysis and operational efficiency.
- Administer multi-cloud landing zones and identity directories, ensuring security compliance.
- Implement and optimize zero-trust architectures and Secure Access Service Edge models.
- Collaborate with Security, Workplace, and Business Systems teams on infrastructure projects.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical outages and maintain operational documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and helpdesk staff.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, systems, or network engineering in hybrid environments.
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise routing, switching, wireless technologies, and VPN administration.
- Proven ability to manage major public cloud providers (networking, IAM, cost governance).
- Deep experience with enterprise identity providers and directory services.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Proactive learner with intellectual curiosity for infrastructure trends.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on frictionless employee experiences and rigorous security.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
