Full Job Description
DTCC is seeking a motivated Senior IT Security Analyst with expertise in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the security of financial markets by supporting PKI-related incidents, service requests, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of systems for tracking certificates, keys, and cryptographic protocols across diverse endpoints and servers.
- Support comprehensive certificate lifecycle management processes, including issuance, renewal, and expiration tracking.
- Manage the full spectrum of certificate lifecycle operations: request, issuance, renewal, revocation, and expiry monitoring.
- Install and troubleshoot SSL/TLS certificates on servers, applications, and load balancers.
- Monitor certificate health to proactively prevent service disruptions.
- Address and resolve PKI-related incidents, service requests, and support audit requirements.
- Analyze endpoint and network data to identify cryptographic exposure points.
- Provide support for enterprise Certificate Authorities (CAs) and certificate management platforms.
- Apply a strong understanding of cryptographic algorithms, including Symmetric encryption (AES, legacy 3DES awareness), Asymmetric encryption (RSA, ECC), Hashing algorithms (SHA-256/SHA-3), Digital signatures, and MACs.
- Leverage conceptual or hands-on experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
Talents Needed for Success:
- Solid understanding of PKI concepts, including certificate basics and trust chains.
- Strong foundational knowledge in cryptography concepts and their applied security implications.
- Proficiency in PKI architecture and certificate operations.
- Good grasp of encryption, hashing, and digital signatures.
- Experience in security operations, application security, or infrastructure security teams.
- Basic SQL and BI dashboarding skills are beneficial.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
