Sr IT Security Analyst

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Cyber and Information Security Analyst to join our Cyber and Information Security department in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this central role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing our global information security management system. You will be part of a team of skilled security professionals managing and developing Ramboll’s global cyber and information security program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Enhance guidance and tools for business functions to comply with the Information Security Management System.
• Conduct routine reviews of policies and procedures to ensure current governance.
• Support and administer policy approval and publishing workflows.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on preparing information security documentation.
• Monitor IT security requests and respond promptly to ISMS operations inquiries.
• Monitor and measure compliance with the Information Security Management System and threat landscape to develop controls.
• Assist with the preparation of regular security reports.

Qualifications:

• A 4-year undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science).
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in managing information security management systems or quality management systems.
• Proven experience in writing and implementing global security governance and providing compliance support.
• Ability to develop, document, and maintain security policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
• Experience with Information Security Management systems based on ISO27001/27002 is preferred.
• Experience with security best practices like CIS or NIST or SOC-2 is an added advantage.
• CISM or CISSP Certification is an advantage.
