Sr. Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer (MuleSoft Developer), you will design, optimize, and safeguard the integration services that connect General Mills' most critical systems. You will lead complex, high-impact platform efforts, partner closely with our solution delivery and architecture teams, and drive resilience, scalability, and cost efficiency across the Digital & Technology organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver and support multiple MuleSoft solutions across projects, producing high-quality, secure code and complete design documents.
• Provide technical leadership for MuleSoft solutioning, translating strategy into highly available, secure implementations.
• Set up repositories, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and unit tests; automate manual work to optimize data delivery.
• Uphold security, compliance, and governance standards across enterprise integration applications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor MuleSoft developers, guiding team members through technical changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers and analytics teams to lead cultural change for new technologies.
• Monitor industry trends, lead proof-of-concepts, and improve operational SLAs like uptime and performance.
