Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Full Stack Engineer who builds with AI, not just alongside it. If you have genuinely integrated advanced AI tools into your daily coding workflow and can ship production-grade React frontends combined with robust .NET Core APIs, we want to talk.

Your Impact:

• Frontend Excellence: Build and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using modern React patterns (hooks, state management).
• Backend Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize scalable RESTful APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Data Mastery: Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to write efficient queries and design clean schemas.
• AI-First Workflow: Utilize AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) as core tools to accelerate development. Demonstrate mastery in effective prompting, context management, rigorous code review of AI output, and knowing when to verify versus trust automated suggestions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in React (functional components) and .NET Core / C# for API development.
• Core Competencies: Deep understanding of REST APIs, authentication protocols (JWT/OAuth), and database design principles.
