Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a customer-first mentality and drive exceptional customer experiences.
- Communicate technical information effectively upwards.
- Meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Resolve complex technical blockers and lead technical aspects of team efforts.
- Proactively understand new modules and gain domain knowledge.
- Utilize excellent analytical and development skills.
- Leverage experience with Microsoft VSTS/ADO.
- Quickly understand and navigate complex technical processes.
- Apply solid architectural awareness and understanding of performance considerations.
- Work with React for a minimum of 2 years.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Engage with Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment, embodying Agile behaviors.
- Utilize experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Manage deployment processes and CI Pipelines.
- Take ownership and make decisions in the absence of a Tech Lead.
- Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Skills and Expertise:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience leading technical aspects and resolving blockers.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, Azure, .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience with deployment processes and CI pipelines.
- Experience with distributed teams.
