Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js | React.js) - Ahmedabad

Praeclarum Tech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Node.js, NestJS, and React.js who are passionate about building scalable, high-quality web applications. You will play a key role in leading development efforts, demonstrating a strong ownership mindset, and mentoring junior developers. Ahmedabad-based candidates are strongly preferred for this in-person, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of web applications utilizing Node.js, NestJS, and React.js.
• Design and implement backend systems that are scalable, secure, and high-performance.
• Construct reusable, maintainable, and performant React.js components adhering to modern patterns.
• Take ownership of API design, backend services, and complex system integrations.
• Design and optimize database schemas, particularly with MongoDB or equivalent NoSQL databases.
• Translate intricate business requirements into robust technical solutions and actionable implementation plans.
• Drive architecture discussions, guide critical technical decisions, and shape solution designs.
• Conduct code reviews, champion best practices, and uphold the highest standards of code quality.
• Mentor and guide fellow developers, providing essential technical leadership and support.
• Foster collaboration with product managers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of all developed applications.
• Contribute to deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and the maintenance of production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of comprehensive experience in full stack development.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Node.js and NestJS.
• Solid experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and modern development patterns.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for robust application development.
• Experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
• A strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architectural principles.
• Proven experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms like JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control and deployment.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• A strong capacity for taking ownership and driving technical initiatives forward.
