About the Role

This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to leverage their strong technical acumen and architectural leadership. You will be instrumental in crafting premium interactive user interfaces, dynamic 3D product storytelling, and motion-rich experiences utilizing technologies such as Three.js, GSAP, WebGL, and React Flow. Integration with CMS platforms like Strapi and deployment on Vercel will be key aspects of your work.

You will operate within an enterprise multi-portal framework, expertly employing GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices to deliver robust, secure, and optimized applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, backend, and DevOps, is essential to ensure seamless integration and the consistent delivery of innovative solutions. A significant part of your role will involve mentoring junior developers, guiding them on best practices, architectural decisions, and coding standards, while also contributing to high-level design discussions to ensure projects meet goals for scalability, maintainability, and performance. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, API specifications, and development guides.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
• Expertise in Three.js, WebGL, and GSAP for developing dynamic, interactive, and animated 3D frontend experiences.
• Hands-on experience with React Flow for building node-based workflows or interactive UI systems.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and advanced React concepts (hooks, context, HOC, component lifecycle).
• Proven experience in frontend optimization, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), routing, and data fetching with Next.js.
• Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Strapi CMS, including content modeling, API permissions, role management, and security.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Excellent debugging, performance profiling, and troubleshooting skills for both client and server environments.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Primary Skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, particularly when working with distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of modern front-end workflows, including state management with Redux, React Query, and Context API.
• Proficiency with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Gulp.
• Experience building microservices and middleware using Express.js and Node.js.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman test suites, and writing JavaScript/TypeScript test cases with Jest/Mocha.
• Experience building and deploying applications on Vercel, including SSR rendering, Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), code splitting, and caching optimization.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse metrics, and SEO optimization strategies.
• Practical knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2.0).
• Ability to integrate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and track conversions/events across various environments.
• Strong knowledge of web security best practices, including CORS, CSRF, and data protection.
• Understanding of 3D model-processing pipelines (GLTF, GLB) and working with external files from tools like Blender or Cinema4D.

Good to Have

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and basic CI/CD workflows (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment configurations.
• Experience with HubSpot APIs or CRM integration for enterprise web environments.
• Familiarity with server performance monitoring, real-time updates (SignalR/WebSockets), and application observability tools (Serilog, Datadog, Application Insights).
• Ability to manage content workflows and user roles across multi-portal Strapi setups.
• Prior experience managing front-end delivery for multiple enterprise web projects featuring animation-heavy UX.
