Full Job Description

ManpowerGroup Services India is seeking a dedicated Executive / Sr. Executive KYC Operations for their New Delhi and Gurugram (Cyber City) locations. This role is specifically for female candidates only.

The primary responsibility involves managing Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including KYC renewals, PAN validation, data cleansing, and deduplication to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines. The role also requires daily reconciliation between systems, reporting on high-risk cases to the compliance team, conducting audits for refusals and incorrect actions, and contributing to automation initiatives using Excel tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute KYC renewals and PAN validation accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data scrubbing and deduplication within specified turnaround times (TAT).
  • Conduct daily reconciliation between V+ and the card system.
  • Identify and report high-risk cases to the compliance department.
  • Publish reports for refusal and wrong action audits.
  • Participate in automation projects utilizing Excel functionalities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, and Data Analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.
  • A solid understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must hold a full-time/regular graduate degree.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred for this role in the Delhi/NCR region.
