Sr. Enterprise Systems Engineer

Role Overview

The Enterprise Systems group manages physical and virtual server environments, storage, and third-tier OS support for global locations. This Senior role involves developing technical visions to solve business problems and executing innovative solutions across complex infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert in server infrastructure, virtualization (Cisco UCS), cloud services, networking, security, storage, and Windows/Linux environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality implementations adhering to defined technical standards.
• Perform on-site analysis, root-cause diagnosis, and resolution of complex infrastructure problems for end users and support personnel.
• Leverage new technologies innovatively while staying current with industry trends in processes and methodologies.

Mentorship & Standards:

• Assist in developing documentation and training materials to establish organizational standards.
• Train and mentor staff on latest policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements
