Sr Engineer

Senior Engineer - Network Operations & Support

This role is responsible for the operational management and maintenance of network infrastructure. The Senior Engineer will provide guidance and advice to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot network tools and equipment.
• Assist with and implement installations for new and existing customer and internal projects, including terminations, testing, and hardware installations.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved and proactively maintained.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, servers, applications, and operating systems.
• Perform regular network security audits and scanning.
• Compile and track vulnerabilities for metrics reporting.
• Ensure timely upgradation of all tools and related documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Additional Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in providing technical support in fast-paced, high-availability, 24x7 environments.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and operating systems.
