Sr Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ReactJS Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to design and develop modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in front-end architecture, API integration, UI/UX development practices, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences while adhering to engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS.
• Translate UI/UX designs into reusable, scalable code ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement component-based architecture and participate in technical design reviews.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and manage application state effectively.
• Optimize performance, conduct code reviews, debug issues, and develop unit tests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Agile teams (Product, Design, QA) and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills

• **Front-End:** ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.
• **State Management:** Redux Toolkit, Context API.
• **UI Libraries:** Material UI (MUI), Ant Design (preferred), Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.
• **APIs & Tools:** REST APIs, Axios/Fetch API, Jest/React Testing Library, Webpack/Vite/Babel/npm/yarn.
• **Version Control:** Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps with CI/CD awareness (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Docker).
