Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Understand project requirements as per program milestones, focusing on OEM Product development Gateway Systems.
Support project delivery from initiation to implementation, encompassing QFD, benchmarking, feature analysis, engineering, drawing and model preparation, release, CAE and physical validation support, and development/implementation support.
Provide CAD support for engineering proposal preparation in collaboration with internal and external experts.
Release drawings and models in conjunction with system engineers.
Prepare Bills of Materials.
Gain exposure to global requirements for BIW engineering and E7 design, specifically for Body side Closures, Underbody, and Front End components.
Conceptualize, design, and develop BIW, Closure, and Underbody Sheet Metal parts.
Assist CDMM and other implementation teams with part development and quality initiatives.
