Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to build reusable platform capabilities for PIQ, focusing on context building, graph-based retrieval, agent harnesses, and statistical modeling. This role merges software engineering with the development of frameworks supporting intelligent applications and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Harness Building & Scaffolding: Develop reusable agent harnesses for tool integration, workflow execution, testing, and evaluation.
- Context Building: Create capabilities to gather, structure, enrich, and manage context from diverse data sources for AI agents.
- Graph Creation & Graph RAG: Build graph models and retrieval-augmented generation workflows to connect information effectively.
- Statistical Modeling & Simulation: Develop and validate models representing variability, estimating outcomes for scenario simulation.
- Platform Engineering: Design scalable APIs, own technical delivery, and maintain engineering quality through rigorous testing and mentoring.
