Position: DevOps Engineer (Production Systems)
We are hiring a hands-on, code-first Software Engineer to support production systems in a large-scale environment. You will own operational issues from identification through resolution, build automation that eliminates toil, and leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Critical System Support: Write, debug, and deploy code (Python, Java, or C#) to resolve production defects quickly.
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Analyze application issues by reviewing logs, metrics, database queries, and system behavior.
- Pipeline Automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins for reliable deployments.
- Automation First Mindset: Use scripting, tooling, and AI-assisted development to automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Performance Engineering: Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance through targeted engineering solutions.
- Collaboration & Releases: Work with cross-functional teams on architectural improvements, failed deployment rollbacks, and clear documentation via ticketing systems.
Required Skills
- Experience: 3+ years in Software Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with a code-first debugging approach.
- DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Git workflows, and Linux command-line tools.
- Data & Systems: Experience working with APIs, SQL databases, and distributed systems.
- AI Integration: Comfortable using AI coding assistants to write, review, and optimize code efficiently.
Nice to Have
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Monitoring/Logging expertise in Datadog or Dynatrace.

Schedule: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Aligned with US Client Hours)
