Sr. Developer I

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Sr. Developer I - Enterprise Technology & Analytics (Java/J2EE) to join our global IT development team. In this role, you will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications powering core business capabilities across customer engagement, digital content ecosystems, manufacturing operations, and quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Internet/Web pages, e-commerce sites, and RESTful APIs using Java/J2EE.
• Maintain applications compatible across multiple computing platforms and browsers (MSSQL, MYSQL).
• Lead backend and frontend development activities including Springboot, JSP, Tomcat server configuration.
• Optimize system performance, security, reliability, and scalability for web/mobile responsive applications.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to architect integrated enterprise solutions driving operational excellence.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and apply Object Oriented design principles and patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Java/J2EE full stack development with microservices architecture expertise.
• Hands-on skills in HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, SQL/RDBMS, and WebServices (REST/SOAP).
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend business processes and develop technical solutions adaptively.
