Sr. Desktop Support Analyst

UGI Energy Services, a dynamic subsidiary of UGI Corporation, is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Berks County, PA. This onsite, full-time role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and support for a wide range of computer systems, software, and hardware issues. Key responsibilities include configuring and testing PC images for efficient deployment, managing end-user IT assets with meticulous inventory control and quarterly reviews, and maintaining IT configurations. You will also be instrumental in supporting off-the-shelf and internal software applications, updating Active Directory user and computer configurations (including adds, deletes, and changes), and assisting with password resets. This role requires supporting essential IT network peripheral hardware and software, such as printers, fax machines, and scanners.
