Sr. Data Analyst

Saviynt is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Support Department in Bengaluru. This role is critical for transforming raw business data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will play a key role in shaping reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders. The Analytics Team focuses on extracting value and strategic direction from datasets to provide accurate, timely, and insightful data analysis that informs business strategy, optimizes processes, and drives continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Tableau to track KPIs and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analyses.
• Design, develop, and automate reports and data workflows to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation checks.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Assist in the creation of predictive models and forecasts to support planning initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets in cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, for creating impactful dashboards and reports.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to use Google Slides for clear and compelling presentation of data-driven insights.
• Experience with data automation techniques and tools, such as scripting languages like Python, to streamline data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
