Role Overview

The Senior BI Developer will play a crucial role in onboarding analytics use cases onto our platform and will serve as an analytics consultant for key business operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise business data to generate impactful insights that drive process improvements.
• Assist in the migration of existing Tableau/PowerBI dashboards to our internal platform by understanding and documenting business use cases.
• Develop high-visibility dashboards to effectively visualize key metrics across various business verticals.
• Write SQL and Python scripts to aggregate and process data from multiple sources.
• Create robust ETL jobs to accurately calculate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Enhance the accuracy and performance of analytics AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the analytics platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating exceptional ability.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related engineering field.
• Expert proficiency in writing SQL and familiarity with multiple database systems including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Presto. Knowledge of Vertica is considered a plus.
• Expertise in data visualization, with hands-on experience using tools and techniques such as Jupyter Notebooks, Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
• At least 2 years of experience utilizing Python for data analytics tasks.
• Knowledge of Javascript is a plus.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to combine and identify patterns across disparate datasets.
