Senior Salesforce Business Analyst - Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Accellor is seeking a dynamic Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role is pivotal in defining system roadmaps and implementing solutions that align with business objectives and promote scalability. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure our Salesforce platform effectively supports business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems, Agentforce, and core business processes. A proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions is essential. This position offers significant growth opportunities as you will assess evolving business needs, enhance user experiences, and propose high-value changes to processes, policies, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce development projects from initiation to successful implementation.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders, workshops, and interviews.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs, working alongside developers and administrators.
• Analyze data within Salesforce to ensure integrity and accuracy, identifying and collaborating on data migration needs.
• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and performing user acceptance testing.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for new features and functionalities.
• Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics, optimizing data visibility for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, product owners, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the CPQ system effectively supports sales operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of follow-through.
• In-depth knowledge of CPQ software platforms.
• Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel knowledge.
