Senior Backend Developer - Techostinger India Private Limited - Greater Noida

Techostinger India Private Limited in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join their dynamic team. This full-time, in-person role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in server-side development, database architecture, cloud services, and performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive innovation and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and ensure overall system reliability.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define and implement optimal technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Implement and enforce stringent authentication, authorization, and security standards.
• Actively participate in architecture discussions and contribute to critical technical decision-making.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues promptly and ensure high system uptime.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and leverage cloud infrastructure for efficient deployment and management.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in backend technologies such as:
• Node.js / NestJS / Express.js
• Java / Spring Boot
• Python / Django / FastAPI
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including:
• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• MongoDB
• Redis
• Knowledge of major cloud platforms:
• AWS
• Azure
• GCP
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with message brokers:
• Kafka
• RabbitMQ
• Solid understanding of caching strategies, scalability principles, and distributed systems.
• Experience with version control using Git and CI/CD tools.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
