Sr Associate Software Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Associate Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that meet business needs while ensuring system availability and performance. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build high-quality applications.

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js (preferred) or equivalent frameworks like Angular/Vue.js.
• Create intuitive, responsive user interfaces following enterprise UX standards and design system guidelines.
• Leverage Generative AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, and tools like GitHub Copilot to innovate solutions.
• Develop reusable components, integrate RESTful APIs, and optimize performance for improved user experience.
• Create technical documentation (designs, API specs, deployment guides).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, UX/UI Design, QA, Data Engineering, and DevOps.
• Support MLOps pipelines for model deployment and monitoring AI/ML-enabled applications in cloud environments.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

Basic: Master's or Bachelor's degree with 5-9 years of experience. Solid foundation in OOP, microservices, cloud-native apps (AWS/Azure/GCP), React.js/TypeScript, and Generative AI concepts.

Premium Skills: Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana/Splunk), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), DevSecOps principles, and UX/UI design collaboration.
