Sr Associate Software Engineer
About the Role: Design and maintain scalable software solutions. Collaborate with product managers and designers to create high-quality applications. Automate operations, monitor system health, and respond to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop front-end UIs using React.js or similar frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript) following enterprise UX standards.
- Build back-end services leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization.
- Leverage Generative AI tools like LLMs, RAG, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor for innovative development solutions.
- Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
- Integrate applications with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
Requirements:
Must-Have: Master's or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; 5-9 years experience. Proficiency in object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, cloud-native apps, and full-stack development using frameworks like React/Angular/Vue.
Good-to-Have: Experience with Material UI/Docker/Kubernetes/Prometheus/Grafana/Terraform.
