Senior Associate Information Systems Engineer - Full Stack Software Engineer

Amgen in Hyderabad, Telangana is seeking a dynamic Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise web applications. This role is crucial for building scalable, user-friendly frontends and reliable backend services, requiring continuous adaptation to new technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web-based user interfaces using contemporary frontend frameworks like React.
• Build reusable and responsive UI components using standard UI libraries or design systems such as Material UI or Tailwind.
• Implement client-side navigation and routing in single-page applications using solutions like React Router.
• Manage application state effectively with scalable state management patterns including Redux, Context API, or similar.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using modern runtimes and languages like Node.js or Python.
• Build backend functionality with web frameworks and libraries such as Express.js, Koa.js, or FastAPI.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization efforts.
• Embrace continuous learning to adapt to evolving tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in full stack web application development.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and core frontend development principles.
• Hands-on experience with component-based frontend frameworks like React.
• Experience with state management patterns such as Redux, Flux, or Context API.
• Proven experience building backend services and APIs with runtimes like Node.js or Python.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks and libraries including Express.js, Koa.js, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of REST, HTTP, and fundamental web security concepts.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to thrive in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Nice to Have
