Sr Analyst II Information Security

DXC Technology is actively seeking an experienced Senior Analyst I in Information Security to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, India. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our organization's valuable data and critical assets through robust security risk management and the implementation of effective security measures. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of security frameworks and a proven track record in a senior information security capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify potential security risks.
• Actively monitor security systems and respond to security incidents, providing timely resolution to alerts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong security policies, protocols, and procedures across the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with IT teams and other departments to continuously enhance the overall security posture.
• Perform regular security audits and assessments to ensure strict compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest security trends, emerging threats, and cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Provide essential training and guidance to staff on adhering to security best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 9-14 years of progressive experience in Information Security or a closely related field.
• A strong, demonstrated understanding of established security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Proficiency in utilizing a wide array of security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
• Substantial experience with risk management principles and conducting compliance assessments.
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols and secure architecture design.
• Familiarity with incident response procedures and basic forensic analysis techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or an equivalent are highly preferred.
