Sr Analyst I Integration

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services, addressing issues and assisting with tasks.
• Participate in the implementation of infrastructure projects and assignments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure optimal reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure effectiveness and resolve technical challenges.
• Assist in developing infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and configuration records.
• Apply technical expertise to solve infrastructure-related problems.
• Adhere to established best practices and standards for infrastructure service delivery.
• Leverage technical skills to manage and resolve infrastructure issues and incidents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical knowledge.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology trends.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer are a plus.
