Sr AI/ML Engineer

TaskUs, a premier provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience for fast-growing technology companies, is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer for its Chennai and Indore locations (Hybrid work model). Join us to help clients represent, protect, and grow their brands using cutting-edge AI, NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI technologies. You will be instrumental in designing and developing innovative AI-based products, contributing to our mission of creating a different breed of Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) through constant motion and technological exploration.

What You Can Expect:

• Design and develop sophisticated machine learning models leveraging AI, NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI to address complex business challenges.
• Implement and refine algorithms for efficient data processing, feature extraction, and model training.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to enhance product performance and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI and Machine Learning Engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable AI products.
• Articulate technical concepts and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-based products utilizing NLP, NLU, LLM, and Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Python, FastAPI, and Generative AI Prompting.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing AI/ML engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for creative and critical thinking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
• (Optional) Experience with AWS AI Services is a plus.
