Sr Advanced Software Engr

Sparta Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advanced Software Engineer to join our Pune team. This pivotal role involves leading the design and development of sophisticated web applications. You will leverage strong UI/UX and graphic design expertise alongside robust front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to create visually appealing, high-performing, and user-friendly solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated web applications, balancing aesthetic appeal with functional usability.
• Lead the UI/UX design process through wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, conducting user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Produce high-quality graphics, icons, and visual content aligning with branding for a cohesive user experience.
• Code and implement responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and best practices.
• Build reusable components and libraries in React for future use, participating in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, offering constructive feedback and supporting their professional growth.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, code inefficiencies, and other technical challenges during development and deployment.

Skills Requirement:

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React.js and associated frameworks.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with development tools and version control (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
