SQL Developer - 2-3 Years Experience in Delhi NCR
Dinjan Infotech Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented SQL Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server and database development. This permanent role is based in Delhi NCR, 110059. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing SQL databases, writing complex queries, and supporting application integrations and reporting systems within the dynamic Delhi NCR tech landscape.
Role Overview
As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of SQL databases, including design, development, and performance optimization. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting intricate queries and ensuring seamless integration with existing applications and reporting infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Design, manage, and maintain database schemas, tables, and relationships.
- Enhance query performance through effective indexing and execution plan analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity when working with large datasets.
- Develop basic ETL processes for efficient data movement and transformation.
- Provide support for .NET / API integrations with databases.
- Manage database backups, restores, and perform troubleshooting.
- Support reporting initiatives using SSRS or similar tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, with a preference for T-SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019+).
- Expertise in creating and managing Stored Procedures, Views, and Functions.
- Strong understanding of Joins, CTEs, and Window Functions.
- Skilled in Indexing & Performance Tuning.
- Familiarity with basic ETL concepts.
- Proficiency with SSMS & SQL Profiler.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with .NET / C# integration.
- Exposure to SSRS / Power BI / SSIS.
- Familiarity with cloud databases such as Azure SQL / AWS RDS.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
