This role is pivotal in driving business development, negotiating sales, leases, and marketing strategies for commercial real estate properties on behalf of clients. Responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, providing in-depth market intelligence, and meticulously preparing real estate contracts. The ideal candidate will maintain a keen understanding of current market conditions and evolving legislation impacting the real estate industry.

Key responsibilities include: prospecting, networking, and cultivating client relationships to secure new and expanded business; providing expert market information and property valuations to tenants and landlords; guiding prospective clients through property tours, discussing features, rates, and terms; compiling comprehensive property data, including surveys, reports, maps, and presentations; preparing and reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs), analyzing data for market reports on rents, tenants, historical trends, and comparisons; coordinating transactional documents such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements; drafting offers, term sheets, and lease amendments; assisting legal counsel with real estate contracts like deeds, leases, and mortgages, and participating in contract negotiations and due diligence; staying abreast of market dynamics, property values, and relevant legislation; drafting client correspondence and preparing marketing materials; actively participating in local business and industry events to foster new contacts and generate business; and maintaining accurate company database information.

This position offers the opportunity for informal supervision and task coordination within a work unit, providing technical guidance and training to colleagues.
