Sopra Steria is seeking a skilled Splunk Development & Administration Cyber Security Analyst based in Chennai, India. This role focuses on Splunk L2 administration, infrastructure management, and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Splunk application lifecycles, upgrades, and configurations (inputs.conf, props.conf, transforms.conf).
• Perform data onboarding, normalization, and STIX-based integration for security compliance.
• Develop and troubleshoot Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports to enhance operational visibility.
• Maintain infrastructure health across Indexers, Search Heads, and Forwarders.
• Collaborate on cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices within the 3SIP program.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of professional experience.
• Degree in B.E./B.Tech in IT or Computer Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture, SPL, regex, and ITIL best practices.
• Certifications: Splunk Core/Power User and Enterprise/Cloud Certified Admin are highly preferred.
• Flexibility to work in European shifts or 24/7 rotations.
