Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. is actively seeking a highly motivated Specialty Account Manager (SAM) for the Kansas City, Missouri (MO) territory. This role is crucial for managing commercial activities, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving product sales within an assigned geographical area. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both virtual and in-person customer engagements, developing and executing a comprehensive territory business plan to exceed quarterly and annual goals. Responsibilities include promoting approved products ethically and compliantly, understanding customer needs to build robust relationships, and serving as a consultant on payer policies and processes. This position requires maximizing the use of marketing resources, providing timely feedback to internal teams, completing all required training and administrative duties accurately, and managing within a defined promotional budget. Collaboration across corporate functions, attendance at medical congresses, and ensuring patient access through support programs are also key. Occasional overnight travel and extended periods of driving are expected. This is a full-time, onsite position.
