About the Role

The Specialized Business Intelligence Analyst at Memorial Hermann Health System will play a pivotal role in driving critical organizational decisions through advanced data analytics. You will develop business intelligence deliverables, collaborate with executive leaders across various departments, and provide actionable analytical insights to facilitate discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and execute complex projects within established schedules using Agile Scrum methodologies (SDLC).
• Leverage scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks, build QA scripts for patch testing, and maintain operational functions.
• Perform rigorous data audits, resolve issues, manage IT enterprise tool data for root cause analysis, and support vendor escalations.
• Safeguard patient safety by adhering to all organizational policies while optimizing service delivery efficiency and costs.
• Mentor less experienced staff, foster professional growth through continuing education, and uphold Memorial Hermann's standards of compassionate care.

What We Are Looking For:

We require a detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years of experience in analytics services. You must possess strong proficiency in SQL, MS Office Suite (Excel VBA/Macros), and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI. Experience with statistical software (Python, R, SAS) is highly preferred.
