Role Overview

L3Harris Technologies seeks an experienced Specialist in Software Engineering to develop impactful software solutions that significantly enhance mission capabilities. You will contribute throughout the Agile software development lifecycle, engaging in requirements analysis, design, implementation, verification, deployment, and support within a collaborative Scrum engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with engineering teams and program management to analyze complex technical requirements.
• Translate functional needs into robust technical designs effectively presented to stakeholders.
• Implement software components and applications adhering to corporate standards and processes.
• Provide comprehensive verification of all technical, functional, and regulatory requirements prior to delivery.
• Investigate requirement violations and resolve issues within software systems proactively.
• Track task status, deliverables, and issues for the engineering team with precision.

Requirements

Mandatory: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience) plus 4+ years of progressively advanced software development. Proficiency in C# and Visual Studio is required for the last 4 years.
