ROLE OVERVIEW
Full Stack Engineers with AI skills (Claude AI & GenAI) will design, develop, and deploy full stack applications across the entire SDLC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adapt quickly to varying languages including Java, Python, JS.
• Review code and understand system design at scale for regular PRs.
• Expertise in AISDLC frameworks (BMAD, GSD, SPECKIT).
• Design end-to-end web applications integrating AI features via UI/API/Database.
• Build scalable production-grade RESTful APIs using Python.
• Develop responsive front-end apps using Angular 16 or modern equivalents.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities (OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock) into product features.
• Use Claude AI for code generation, review, debugging, and documentation.
• Apply prompt engineering to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Architects, QEs, and BAs in Agile squads.
• Write clean, secure, testable code aligned with architectural standards.
• Support cross-platform optimization and scalability improvements.
• Integrate Kafka/RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging.
• Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• 3-8 years experience required (Proficient: 3-5 yrs, Specialist: 6-8 yrs).
• Backend: Java, Python, JS with clean API design.
• Frontend: Angular 16 preferred.
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL optimization.
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes orchestration.
• Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• AI Tools: Proficient in Claude AI (Sonnet/Haiku) for daily tasks and GitHub Copilot usage.
