Specialist

We are seeking an expert Orchestrator Engineer (Specialist - Software Engineering) to design and build next-generation workflow orchestration engines using Rust and Tokio. This role is critical for developing distributed task scheduling, stateful services, and event-driven architectures that power long-running business processes.

• Workflow Orchestration Execution: Design and implement robust workflow orchestration engines using Rust, Tokio, Streams, Async Traits, Futures, Serde, Axum/Actix Web, Reqwest, and Tower.
• Distributed Systems: Build scalable fault-tolerant microservice architectures with advanced patterns for service coordination, process automation, CQRS concepts, Event Sourcing, and Distributed Transactions (Saga pattern).
• Messaging & Concurrency: Leverage Message-Driven Architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS/SNS. Implement multithreaded processing and actor-based systems.

Deploy services on Kubernetes/Docker (AWS/Azure) using Helm and Service Mesh concepts. Build resilient CICD pipelines, implement OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana/Jaeger/ELK for observability, and manage incident response.
