About the Role
Join our core engineering team in Pune as a skilled Specialist with 1–2 years of experience. You will design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services and microservices deployed natively on AWS. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive architectural decisions and deliver robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Build reliable microservices using Java and Spring Framework.
- API & System Support: Design RESTful APIs connecting backend services with user-facing features.
- Feature Integration: Assist in integrating basic AI capabilities (LLM APIs) and frontend components into workflows.
- Code Quality: Write clean code, participate in peer reviews, and debug production issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior engineers and product managers to deliver features on schedule.
Skills & Qualifications
Required: 1–2 years of professional software development experience, strong knowledge of Java/Spring Boot, microservices architectures, SQL databases, Git version control, JUnit testing, and Agile workflows.
Good-to-Have: Basic React.js exposure, familiarity with integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), and understanding of Docker/AWS.
